Merge 23: Ball Merge Puzzle
Effective 22 October 2026
Merge 23 is made and published by Merve Uluser, an independent developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). Questions about these terms: privacy@merge23.com.
By playing Merge 23 you agree to these terms. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; on Google Play, Google Play's terms apply as well. Where they and these terms cover the same thing, the store's terms decide your licence to use the app, and these terms are the rules of the game.
Merge 23 is a game for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything or messaging other players.
You can play as a guest, without an account; your game then lives on your phone and with a player ID on our server. Signing in with Apple or Google keeps your runs, name, friends, Sparks and settings across your phones. Keep your Apple or Google account safe — whoever can sign in with it can play as you.
You can sign out at any time, and delete your account in the game (Profile → Delete account). Deleting is permanent: your runs, statistics, name, friends, messages, Sparks — bought ones too — and Remove ads on that account are deleted. Remove ads comes back with Restore purchases on the same Apple ID or Google account.
Sparks are the game's currency. You earn them by playing (big merges, a daily gift, an optional video) and can buy them in packs. You spend them on power-ups.
Remove ads and Sparks packs are sold through the App Store or Google Play. The store takes the payment under its own terms; we never see your payment details.
Merge 23 is free and shows ads: a banner under the play area and, now and then, a full-screen ad after a game over — never while you play. Videos for power-ups and Sparks are optional. Ad choices are in the game (Profile → Ad privacy, where it applies) and in the privacy policy.
Your nickname is shown on the leaderboards and to other players; with friends you can send quick messages and, when both of you are signed in, your own messages. Don't use a name or send a message that:
The game refuses some words, links and phone numbers automatically. You can report a name, a score or a message, and block any player; a blocked player can't message you, invite you or ask to be friends. A name reported by several signed-in players is replaced with a generated one. We read reports and may reset a name, delete a message or a score, or end a player's access to the online features.
Leaderboards are only fun when they're real. Don't use modified apps, bots, scripts, or other tools that play for you or change the game, and don't use a bug to gain Sparks or score. Our server checks scores and Sparks; a score or balance that breaks these rules may be removed. In Multiplayer, leaving a match counts as a loss, and when nobody is online you may race a recorded run of another player.
We work to keep Merge 23 running well, but the game is provided as it is. The online features — leaderboards, friends, messages, Multiplayer, Sparks and purchases — need an internet connection and our servers, and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change, pause or remove features, and one day stop running the game; if we do, we'll say so in the game or on this site in good time.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for lost progress, Sparks or scores beyond what you paid us through the store in the twelve months before. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. If a player seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, we may take away their access to the online features or delete their account; what they bought may then be lost, except where the law says otherwise.
We may update these terms as the game changes. The date at the top says when they last changed; for a change that matters, we'll also say so in the game. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without taking away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in. Before anything else, write to us — most problems are solved in an email.
